In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flowers ordered were not the flowers that were delivered ( type and colours). I ordered the spring inspiration due to Liking the purples and pastels. However my sister loved them nonetheless. The purpose of the flowers, was to send love to her and to cheer her up- and they achieved this. The delivery was made on the date requested and the flowers that were delivered were still beautiful. I also appreciated that the card was hand written with the words I wanted to share with her. This was much nicer then a typed card, so thank you for this.

flowers were beautiful, loved by the recipient! Not exactly like picture, but really prettier so was happy! Came of day specified and on time for birthday! Thank you, they were beautiful, will order again, very happy!
