DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver throughout NYC, 7 days a week. Same-day orders to Brooklyn must be received by 12pm, and to Manhattan (under 100th Street) by 12pm - we do not accept same-day orders outside of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Orders for Sunday and Monday (outside of Valentine’s Week) must be placed by 5:30pm Saturday. Please also note: we cannot guarantee a delivery time for same-day orders. For next-day and future orders placed during shop hours, we can provide a two-hour delivery window if needed. For deliveries to New Jersey, Long Island, upstate New York, or around the country, please call 718.643.9160 to discuss the details.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site though we will not sell your personal information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

We are an Authorize.net Verified Merchant. Be assured that your payment and personal information is always safe. Our SSL software is the industry standard and encrypts all your information so it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please call or email us. We issue store credits only and at the discretion of management.
